The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama (RWCMD) is based in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales, UK. As the National Conservatoire of Wales and with HRH The Prince of Wales as Patron, the College is widely recognised as delivering outstanding levels of teaching in a safe and friendly environment.
The Drama Department offers a range of Study Abroad Programmes which enable students to select an intensive pathway from within the BA (Hons) Programmes, to create a unique learning experience. These pathways include:
• Acting for Stage, Screen & Radio
• Scenography
• Set Design and Realisation
• Costume Design and Construction
• Technical Theatre
• Stage Management
The summer programme of short courses and summer schools builds on this experience providing students with an opportunity to undertake specialist training delivered by top industry professionals.
