Dear OISTAT Colleagues;
The United States Centre of OISTAT (USITT) cordially invites the Technology Commission to meet at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center in Long Beach, California. The USITT Annual Conference & Stage Expo opens on Wednesday, March 28 and concludes on Saturday, March 31. The arrival day will be Tuesday, March 27 and the departure day will be Sunday April 1. The US OISTAT Centre will provide the single voting delegate to the Technology Commission from each OISTAT Centre with five nights of shared complimentary accommodations (room and tax only), and complimentary registration for the USITT Conference & Stage Expo. The US Centre will provide housing for the nights of March 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31. Delegates who would like to arrive early and need housing prior to the opening of the Conference and/or stay beyond April 1 will be responsible for the cost of any additional nights of accommodation. Each delegate is responsible for his or her own transportation (international and local).

Registration and housing forms are included with this invitation. All interested participants must complete and submit the application form and also complete the housing form. Registration and housing forms must be returned via e-mail to the USITT office, monica@office.usitt.org, no later than January 27, 2012.
OISTAT Technology working and presentation sessions will be scheduled on Wednesday through Saturday. The official OISTAT Technology Commission meeting time will be confirmed to you by the OISTAT Secretariat before the conference.
Additional Individual and Associate member delegates that would like to, may register online for the USITT Conference and reserve accommodations via the following web address: www.usitt.org/Conference. According to normal OISTAT practice, all other additional delegates will be responsible for their own costs.
