The Commission business sessions included plans for next commission meetings, membership and other organizational business. A special emphasis was put on Scenofest. Cinthya Limauro, Scenofest artistic leader, Jessica Bowles and Chris Popovich from the Scenofest organizing team informed the commission members on the current state of the programming of Scenofest’11 and delivered an impressive PowerPoint presentation, intended for the promotion of Scenofest amongst the international academic world. Sinthya Limauro reported that the work on the project is in a good state. The overall concept and the program structure have been defined. Cooperation with the PQ organizers is good and the next planned working meeting is scheduled in the fall. Help is needed from OISTAT in the areas of technical and financial support. Cinthya encouraged the commission members to submit proposals for workshops. She also proposed that Commission members initiate international and regional networks between several schools to work on a common educational project. The outcome of those projects will be presented during the days of Scenofest. The Scenofest report was accepted with enthusiasm and followed by lively discussion.
